Zhuhai Jianan Group Co., Ltd. was established in 1987. In 1996, it was promoted to a state-level construction enterprise. It is the only municipal state-owned grade A construction general contracting enterprise in Zhuhai City.

The project of comprehensive research building (Phase I) of “TianQin Project” at Sun Yat-sen University (SYU) is located on the southwest side of SYU Zhuhai Campus in Zhuhai High-tech Industrial Development Zone. The project has a planned site area of 29,242 m2 and a total construction area of 38,708 m2, of which basement building area is 9,063.32 m2. The hexagonal atrium has six stories with three annexes of four floors each and a one-level basement. The total cost is 15,815,159.72 yuan with a total construction period of 324 working days, and is expected to be completed in April 2019. Basement floor height is 6 meters, the first floor is 5 meters, the second, third and fourth floors are 4.5 meters each, the fifth floor is 5 meters, the sixth floor is 6.3 meters, the roof floor elevation is 30.8 meters, the rooftop elevation is 38.8 meters, and the total building height is 43.9 meters.
